As you enter into the newly fitted kitchen area you are immediately struck by the amount of natural light flooding through the glazed wall into the open plan living space.
The large lounge area has two giant leather sofas a TV and DVD player with a vast collection of DVD’s. Two of the bedrooms and a bathroom are on the ground floor. There is a pool table / table football in the hallway with beautiful views across the gardens and a bespoke industrial staircase leading up to the first floor where you will find a small office space and two further bedrooms.
Eating, dining and drinking.
The kitchen has been recently fitted with contemporary units and a breakfast bar. It is equipped with everything you could ever need and has lovely views across the gardens. There is a large dining table in the lounge area and a wooden dining furniture set and BBQ on the terrace.
There is a lovely fenced 10 x 5 metre swimming pool with a great terraced area with sun loungers. There are great views across the gardens perfect for playing the garden games provided. There is lovely secluded dining / BBQ area with great views over the woodland to the side of the barn.
There are two large bedrooms, a shower room and a separate WC on the ground floor. The double bedroom has lovely double doors that lead out into the gardens and terraced area the second bedroom has twin beds. On the first floor there are two further large large bedrooms and a bathroom with a separate shower.

Just 10 minutes from Bergerac airport and 5 minutes from the stunning ancient town of Issigeac. Les Fourets is nestled in the beautiful Dordogne department of South West France. Famous for its amazing gastronomy, grand chateaux, award winning wines, beautiful towns, villages, and so much more. There is so much to do in the local area from being active on the Dordogne river, sampling the famous Monbazillac wines, to just relaxing in the beautiful French countryside.
