The Cottage is located amongst the beautiful countryside of the Lot et Garonne, on the outskirts of the village Cauzac. The picturesque bastide town of Beauville is just 4km away. The traditional market square is surrounded by small local shops, a bar, cafe and restaurant with breathtaking views across the valley. There is a regular weekly market and throughout the summer months the market square is transformed to host a Marche Gourmand on Friday evenings where you can enjoy local food and wine with music and dancing.
The region is home to some of the most beautiful villages and towns. An area where grand Chateaux dominate hillsides. Chateau Bonaguil and Biron are two of the most spectacular to visit and the vineyards of the Cahors region are close by.
